Mommy and Me

This joyful, interactive class is designed for little ones and their caregiver to explore movement, music, and imagination together. Through playful activities, songs, and guided exercises, children will develop coordination, balance, and basic motor skills while building confidence in a fun and nurturing environment.

Introduces little ones to rhythm, dance foundations, and the joys of dance.

Five Styles. Endless Discovery. 

Each week introduces a new style in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.
