Tap Level 1 (Ages 8–10)
Tap Level 1 introduces dancers to foundational tap technique while building rhythm, coordination, and musicality. Dancers will learn basic tap vocabulary including flaps, shuffles, ball changes, cramp rolls, and time steps through center work, across-the-floor exercises, and fun combinations. This class encourages confidence, listening skills, and performance quality in an upbeat and supportive environment.
Tap Level 2 (Ages 12+)
Tap Level 2 focuses on strengthening technique, timing, and precision while introducing more complex rhythms and combinations. Dancers will continue developing skills such as pullbacks, riffs, turns, traveling steps, and syncopation while improving musicality, coordination, and performance quality. This class challenges dancers to become stronger, more confident performers while continuing to build a solid tap foundation.
Tap Level 3 (Ages 14+)
Tap Level 3 is an advanced class designed for experienced tappers ready to refine technique, speed, style, and rhythmic complexity. Dancers will work on advanced footwork, syncopation, improvisation, turns, and intricate combinations while focusing on clarity of sound, performance quality, and musical interpretation. This fast-paced class encourages artistry, confidence, and strong technical execution in a challenging and motivating environment.
