General Policies

• Adult supervision is required for children under the age of 7 in the lobby and student dressing area. 

• Students are expected to be on time and dressed for class as well as enter and exit the studio room without disruption. If a student is late, please make sure their dance shoes are on before they enter the dance room to minimize disruption.  

• Please follow the studio dress code as it relates to each specific class. Please LABEL your student’s shoes and attire with their name.  

• Please have your student use the restroom before class. Restroom breaks are a disruption of instructional time in class. 

• Parents are allowed to view class inside the studio room during specified observation days. Otherwise, the lobby TV is available for your viewing convenience. 

• Please arrive promptly before your dancer’s class and pick up on time. This is for your dancer’s safety. Supervision is not guaranteed after class dismissal. 

• No dancer will be allowed to exit the building without parental supervision. Infinity Dance Center is not responsible for dancers before and after their designated dance class. 

Holidays & Closings

• As it relates to inclement weather, we will follow Godley ISD. There are no refunds, discounts, or make up classes for missed classes, holidays, or weather closings.

• Infinity Dance Center will be closed Labor Day, Oct. 6-10, Nov. 24-28, Dec. 15-Jan.2, March 16-20, April 3 & 6, and Memorial Day.

Recital

• All youth dance classes will participate in the spring recital unless notified otherwise. 

• Costume Fees are due December 1.

• All outstanding balances must be paid before the recital & distribution of costumes.

• A recital hand book will be distributed in the spring.

 

 Class 

• Our classes must be a positive and productive learning environment; therefore, if a student does not follow the rules or is disrespectful to the instructor or his/her peers, I reserve the right to remove him/her from class.

• All food and drinks are prohibited in the studio room except water in a closed bottle. Chewing gum is not allowed during class or in the studio rooms.

• Only appropriate dance shoes and approved street shoes are allowed in the studio room. 

• Student cell phones are prohibited inside the studio and should remain on silent during class. 

• Dancers are not to leave class without teacher permission. 

• Teachers are instructed to stay in the studio for the duration of class. If your child is under the age of
  7 and will need your assistance should a circumstance arise, please remain in the building. 

Tuition 

• All tuition is due on the 1st of each month and is nonrefundable and non-transferable regardless of dancer’s attendance and participation.  If tuition is not received by the 1st, a $10 late fee will be applied to your tuition.

• Tuition may be paid through your parent portal or in the office during regular business hours.  We accept cash, check, and credit card payments.  There is a $25 service charge on returned checks or insufficient debit/credit card transactions.

• Tuition is based upon the number of classes taken per week on a 9 month enrollment calendar.  Monthly tuition is the same regardless of the number of lessons each month.

Student Withdrawal 

We hope you love us enough to stay. However, should a student want to withdraw, a 30 day written notice is required to avoid subsequent tuition and late fee  charges. 

2025-2026 Tuition 

Tuition is billed on a monthly basis. Monthly tuition is never prorated but determined from an average of entire classes from August - May (at least 32 weeks of classes). No tuition will be due in December.  Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. If a payment is received after the 10th of each month, a $10.00 late fee is added to the student’s account.

Family Discount - Enjoy 5% off your monthly tuition when you register more than one student.

Registration Fee - $35 per student, $50 per family (nonrefundable)

Costume Fee  Combo class - $122 (for 2 costumes)

Costume Fee (Other Classes) - $70
